Terms of Service

Who we are

Ordomatics is operated by Moctar Diallo, an individual entrepreneur based in Dakar, Senegal ("we", "us"). You can reach us at salam@ordomatics.com.

The service

Ordomatics provides hosted business software built on Odoo, together with AI and WhatsApp features, which you access through saas.ordomatics.com and the environments we set up for you. We may improve, change or discontinue features over time.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and use the service for business or professional purposes.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans and their prices are shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Amounts already paid are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break any law or infringe anyone's rights while using the service;
• send spam or unsolicited messages, including through WhatsApp;
• attempt to access systems or data that are not yours, or disrupt the service;
• resell or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement.

Your data

You keep all rights to the data you put into the service. You give us permission to host, process and back it up only as needed to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. You can ask us to export your data before your account is closed.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates or events outside our control may cause interruptions.

Intellectual property

Odoo is open-source software distributed under its own licences. The Ordomatics name, website and the software we develop remain our property. These terms do not transfer any of these rights to you.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or leaves invoices unpaid, after notifying you where reasonably possible.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or on the site. Continuing to use the service after the changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Senegal. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts of Dakar.
